At NE Water Softeners, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home water quality solutions. If your system or accessories do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the water softener or components in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all manuals, bypass valves, and installation hardware are included.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy equipment may require a freight pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
