All NE Water Softeners systems are shipped via freight to ensure they arrive safely and upright. Shipping is free on all orders over $500, and typical delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What kind of maintenance do these systems require?
Most of our modern systems only require you to replenish the salt pellets periodically (usually once a month) and clean the brine tank once a year. We also recommend a professional service check every 2-3 years to ensure optimal efficiency.
What is your return policy if the system isn't right for me?
